Eligibility Requirements
18-35 years on the date of application.
10+2 with 51% or more in English, Math, and Physics.
Indian or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)
Must have a valid DGCA Class 1 medical certification prior to signing the IndiGo Letter of Intent(LOI).

What are the eligibility criteria for the IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program?
Applicants must be 18-35 years old, have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 51% in Physics, Mathematics, and English, hold a valid DGCA Class I Medical Certificate, and possess fluency in English (written and verbal).
What documents are required for the application process?
You will need your academic transcripts, a valid Indian passport, a DGCA Class I Medical Certificate, and any other documents mentioned in the application form.
How long does the selection process take?
The selection process, including pre-screening, assessment stages, group tasks, and the personal interview, typically takes a few weeks, depending on the number of applicants and scheduling.
What does the assessment process involve?
The assessment process includes psychometric and aptitude tests, technical and academic evaluations, pilot aptitude tests, and group tasks to assess communication and teamwork skills.
Can I apply if I don’t meet all eligibility criteria?

What happens after the selection process?
Successful candidates will sign a Letter of Intent with IndiGo, complete HR formalities, and start the training contract and onboarding process with Marigold Aviation.
