Marigold Aviation was established with one overarching goal in mind – to provide a world class training ecosystem for anyone wanting to become a commercial pilot in India. With the backing of a management and advisory team comprising of experts in Aviation Flight Training and Aviation Regulation, Marigold Aviation is raising the bar for pilot training in India.

Airline Philosophy
Our goal is to create Airline Ready First Officers, who can slip into the right seat of an aircraft with confidence. This is why our entire program is structured to mirror the airline philosophy from the first day of ground school. One of the many ways we do this is by providing trainees with Operations Manuals that are similar to those used by IndiGo.
Advanced Avionics
The aircraft in our Training Facilities are all equipped with glass cockpit technology – an array of digital flight instruments and displays on LCD screens, as opposed to analogue dials and gauges. Because all modern commercial aircraft use glass cockpit technology, our trainees have a head start from day 1.
Standards and Safety
We ensure vigilant supervision of the training fleet, the training facilities and the instructors by conducting regular audits and safety checks. This extends to the student accommodation and living areas so that our cadet pilots have a safe and supportive environment in which to complete their training.
Beyond Flying Skills
It takes more than technical ability to succeed as a pilot. Our Cadet Pilot Program is have structured our program to equip our trainees with additional skills like cultivating a mindset of professionalism, of resilience and of confidence.

Being a First Officer is a rewarding career and one that comes with huge responsibility. It’s a highly regarded position not only because an airline pilot is in charge of hundreds of passengers, but because it’s a highly qualified position.
It takes drive, passion and commitment to achieve a pilot’s licence and it’s a big investment in your future. The reward for your hard work is a career doing what you love.
The good news is you don’t need any flying experience to start.
With Marigold Aviation you will train with some of the best Instructors in the industry who will support you through the stages of your training. You’ll meet, train and work with people from all over the world and use the best technology available throughout your course.
You’ll develop your skills in communication, decision-making, planning and logic. Your time and resource management will improve, and you’ll learn how to be patient and act with urgency and clarity in all situations.
After graduation, will directly join our airline partners as a First Officer. Build your flying hours to become a Captain in Command of the aircraft, or develop your career in the aviation industry, perhaps as an instructor for future pilots like you.
